Guest Artist Policy & Studio Operation

Upon your booking confirmation, you will be provided with a dedicated guest account (email and password) to log in to our Artist Dashboard. Key Guidelines & Responsibilities: • Logging Appointments: You should easily enter all your client and guest spot appointments directly through the Artist Dashboard using your credentials. We kindly ask you to register every booking here prior to your sessions to maintain a harmonious flow. • Track Studio Occupancy: The Artist Dashboard allows you to view and track the real-time daily schedule and overall studio density/occupancy. This ensures you can comfortably schedule your sessions with peace of mind without overbooking shared resources (such as stretchers and armrests). • Schedule Boundaries: The booking calendar is fully integrated with our active schedule. Date and time selections are aligned with our configured working days and operating hours to guarantee a smooth and well-regulated studio workflow. • Real-Time Entry Note: To ensure a hassle-free setting for everyone, please make sure to input your appointments in real-time. If there is a delay in entering a booking and the system does not allow you to schedule it later due to maximum daily capacity or equipment occupancy limits, you are welcome to contact our Studio Manager. However, please kindly keep in mind that the studio cannot accept responsibility for unregistered bookings in such instances and we may not be able to accommodate or assist with those slot constraints.
