1. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo at STUDIO FIYN. Valid, government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) is required at the time of your appointment. We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

3. Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of our artists, please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing poses a health risk to you or our staff.

4. Design and Artwork

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of the artist. Designs are typically presented on the day of the appointment. Minor changes can be made at that time. Major redesigns may require rescheduling and an additional deposit.

5. Studio Policies

We maintain a calm and focused environment. Please limit guests to one person. Children and pets are not permitted in the studio. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or anyone behaving inappropriately.
